Facilities

Cambridge House was purpose built as a student accomodation hall, and thus is fully equipped with facilities to aid with student life.

Fully furnished

All rooms come fully equipped with all the basic furnishings, which include a bed with mattress, bedside table and side lamp, wash bashin with hot and cold water supply, wall mounted mirror with light and electrical shaving outlet, cupboard space, wardrobe space with drawers, shelves and hanging areas, and finally a fridge with a freezer compartment.


Communal areas

To foster good relations within the house, a communal living room is provided equipped with a TV, coffee table, seating for upto 10 people, an office desk and chair, and a bookshelf stocked with a selection of books ranging Sciece & Medicine to History.

Kitchens

To prevent overcrowding in the kitchen, Cambridge House features two independent kitches, each equipped with all the necessary facilities such as a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and communal crockery.

Toilets and shower rooms

To ensure residents do not need to wait to use the toilet and shower, the residence is equipped three each of shower rooms and toilets.

Internet access

Cambridge House has two separate fibre-optic Internet connections installed, with high speed (802.11n) WiFi. The availability of two WiFi connections ensures full coverage throughout the flat, as well as a fallback solution in the unlikely event of an interruption to the Internet connection.


Safety and security

Cambrige House not only offers great facilities to it's residents, but also safety and security. Access to the rooms is behind two locked doors, both of which require use of an eletronic key fob.
